The Seewinkel in Burgenland, where our wine estate lies, is climatically excellent for the production of noble sweet wines. If the weather conditions are appropriate - which is not the case every year - the botrytis ensures golden-yellow to amber-coloured Prädikatsweine - from the Beerenauslese through the "Ausbruch" to the coveted Trockenbeerenauslese.

For the "sweet temptations" we use, among others, the Welschriesling, Sämling 88 (Scheurebe) and Chardonnay varieties. Every so often interesting Prädikate are also achieved from red-wine varieties.
