St. Laurent Classique
St. Laurent Classique is also relatively new in our product line. A typical Austrian, we bottle it as single grape variety in selected years.
This wine will wow you with its shiny ruby garnet colour with violet reflexes. You will smell aromas of sour cherry and matured plum with subtle zest. On the palate, the lively acidity makes the wine taste juicy and fresh. In the finish you will recognise a touch of huckleberries.
Its time: 2008 - 2015
This wine goes very well with venison dishes or beef stew. You can also serve St. Laurent Classique with Peking duck as well as sliced cheese, like Tilsiter, Edamer or Gouda.
