Rosso e Dolce
When the year is warm and moist and noble rot affects our grapes we take the opportunity to produce delicat sweet wines from red grapes.
Rosso e Dolce 2010 is a 'Beerenauslese' made from Syrah grapes. The wine matured in 50% new and 50% used Barrique-barrels for eight months.
It shows a light carmine garnet colour, reminds of raspberries and strawberries, presents a structured finesse and is fresh in the mouth with well integrated sweetness.

Acidity: 8.3 g/l
Residual sugar: 168 g/l
This wine is the perfect companion for starters with poultry liver, for desserts or blue veined cheese, like Roquefort, Stilton or Gorgonzola.
