Rosato
Rosato is the latest addition to our red wine family. As is typical for Rosé wines, our Rosato is a fresh and fruity wine ideal for the warm seasons. It has matured in stainless steel tanks for three months.
Vintage 2010 of this Rosé wine is made of:
50% St. Laurent
40% Blaufränkisch
10% Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine impresses with intensive salmon pink colour. It presents fresh raspberry and subtle aromas of citrus fruit on the nose. On the palate it tastes refreshing, well balanced, fruity and juicy.

Alcohol: 12% vol
Acidity: 6.5 g/l
Residual sugar: 1.3 g/l
Rosato is the ideal wine for light summer dishes, like salads and cold cuts. It goes very well with cream cheese as well as grilled or fried (Asian) food, like Tempura or spring rolls.
