Pinot Noir Classique is the fruity version of Pinot Noir and can be served immediately or in the coming five years.
The grapes used for this wine grow on sandy, limy soils. The wine matures in used Burgundy-barrels for 12 months.
This wine shows a light garnet colour.
It presents sweet, alluring raspberry on the nose.
Pinot Noir Classique 2009 is fruity and light-footed on the palate. It is elegant and easy to drink with a long finish.

This wine goes very well with crackling duck breast or wok dishes with spiced chicken or pork. Pinot Noir Classique can also be served with Camembert or Brie.
